The Virginia Lacrosse Alumni Network, in conjunction with the Virginia Athletics Foundation, has established the Yeardley Reynolds Love Women's Lacrosse Endowed Scholarship, which will annually provide a full scholarship for a member of the women's lacrosse team. This endowed scholarship will forever honor the legacy of Yeardley Love and her contributions as a student, athlete, and friend at the University of Virginia. The goal for the fund is at least $500,000, which would fully endow one scholarship per year on a continuing basis.
The scholarship will be awarded each year to a deserving young female student-athlete within the University of Virginia women's lacrosse program. The scholarship will be funded in perpetuity once the initial sum is secured.
