Below you will find a comprehensive description of the University of Virginia policies at Scott Stadium. It is the athletics department's wish that all patrons have a safe and enjoyable experience, and we believe that these policies will aid in accomplishing that endeavor.

Admission
All guests entering Scott Stadium must have a valid ticket to gain admission to the stadium unless they are two years old or younger. Once guests enter the stadium, they may not exit and re-enter.
Alcoholic Beverages
Alcoholic beverages ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED within Scott Stadium. Persons identified with alcohol will be asked to leave the premises. Guests appearing intoxicated will be subject to ejection and turned over to police.
Announcements and Paging
Announcements and paging will be done only in the case of an emergency. If a family member at home needs to reach a fan attending the game, please call 434-924-3820 for more assistance.
ATM Machines
ATM machines are located along the East and West sides on the lower concourse at sections 106 and 126.
Banners, Signs, and Flags
Banners, signs and flags are allowed in athletics venues provided they do not impede another guest's view of the competition, cover any venue signage, and/or are not attached to the facility. Banners, signs, and flags on poles or sticks are prohibited. Athletics Event Management reserves the right to remove any banner, sign, or flag that is in violation
of the policy.
Bus/RV Parking
All bus and RV parking is available on a first come, first served basis at the Lannigan Track and Field grass area. There is no overnight parking available.
Cameras
Still cameras with lenses fewer than six inches are allowed, however flash photography and stands/tripods are prohibited. Video cameras are not allowed inside the stadium.
Chairbacks
Chairbacks are available to lease each game for $5.00 at multiple locations on the lower concourse.
Code of Conduct
University of Virginia football should be an enjoyable experience for all guests. In order to promote an enjoyable game day experience, we ask for your assistance in displaying a high degree of sportsmanship at all times. Should you encounter any problems, please notify a member of the event staff.
The University of Virginia reserves the right to remove from the stadium those individuals whose conduct disrupts players, coaches, officials or other guests.
Concessions & Merchandise
Concession stands are located throughout the stadium concourses. Merchandise stands are located at the East and West Gates as well in the South end zone on the lower and upper concourses. Credit cards are accepted at most concession stands and all merchandise stands.
Accommodations for Guests with Disabilities
The University of Virginia Athletics Department provides special services for guests with disabilities. Parking for guests with disabilities is available at the Law School located on North Grounds (see map) with proper DMV permit. An accessible shuttle is provided from this lot to the East and West entrances of Scott Stadium.
Seating for Guests with Disabilities
Disabled seating is located in the South End Zone on levels 3 and 5. Customers who require special assistance are urged to make all ticket arrangements well in advance by contacting the Virginia athletics ticket office at 434-924-UVA1 or 800-542-UVA1.
Elevators
The South end zone has two elevators to accommodate suiteholders and disabled guests. The northwest and northeast elevators only provide access to suiteholders.

First aid facilities are located throughout Scott Stadium in the following locations:
- South - Full Medical Station on lower and upper concourses
- Northwest - Partial Medical Station on lower concourse
- Northeast - Partial Medical Station onlower concourse
Rescue squad members are located stationed the stadium for guest assistance. Event staff is also available throughout the stadium to help guests located first aid assistance.
Gates
All gates open two hours prior to kickoff.
Lost and Found
During the game, the Lost and Found station is located in the South Concourse next to section 116. Articles not claimed after the game will be taken to University Hall's facility and operations office. For more information, please call 434-243-5247.
Lost Persons
Contact the nearest member of the event staff team.
Parking Lots
See Bus Parking, Camper/RV Parking, Handicap Parking, Virginia Athletics Foundation Parking Lots, Parking Map, Public Parking. Firearms and other weapons are prohibited in Scott Stadium and University parking lots.
Prohibited Items
Prohibited items at Scott Stadium include, but are not limited to:
- Containers
- Umbrellas
- Weapons
- Audio recorders
- Items that can be thrown such as balls or Frisbees
- Strollers (except umbrella strollers)
- Food
- Beverages
- Video cameras
- Artificial noisemakers
- Coolers
- Glass bottles
*All bags are subject to inspection by stadium personnel.
In order to expedite entrance into the stadium, it is recommended fans not bring bags to games and to arrive early at the stadium’s gates. Gates open two hours before kickoff of each home football game.
Public Parking
Public Parking is available on game day in designated parking lots (see map).
Re-entry
There is NO re-entry.
Request for Assistance
All requests for assistance and reports of discourtesy should be directed to event staff. Event staff personnel are positioned at each section throughout the stadium for convenience.
Restrooms
Restrooms for men and women are located beneath all permanent stands and can be reached by exiting any portal. Family/Special Needs restrooms are located in the following locations: Sections 114, 118, 501, 518, 522 and 539

Security Checks
Admission is subject to inspection and search for prohibited items. All persons entering the stadium will be subject to a visual search by stadium personnel before entering the gates. Event staff will also examine the contents of personal handbags. Guests will be asked to open their bags providing event staff the opportunity to observe the contents. If an item needs to be removed so the event staff member can see the remaining items in the bag, the guest will be asked to remove the item. The same procedure will be followed for items in a guest’s pockets. The guest will be asked to remove the item so the staff member can observe the pocket's contents. If a guest is wearing a jacket, he/she will be asked to unzip the jacket and hold it open so that event staff can visually observe inside the jacket.
Signs

Smoking is prohibited in athletics facilities, including Scott Stadium. A smoking area is available at Scott Stadium and can only be accessed at the southwest gate.

Ticket Information
Assistance with any ticket issue can be obtained by contacting the Virginia athletics ticket office at 434-924-UVA1 or 1-800 542-UVA1. The Virginia athletics ticket office is located in the lobby of Bryant Hall at Scott Stadium, Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Public Will Call, Visiting Team Player Guest Will Call and Ticket Service windows are located at the East gate at Scott Stadium. Media Will Call, High School Coaches Will Call and Ticket Services windows are located at the West gate of Scott Stadium. Virginia Student-Athlete Guest and Prospects Will Call pass gate is located in Bryant Hall at the south end of the Scott Stadium, level 2. Public Will Call and Ticket Services open three hours prior to kickoff and all pass gates open two hours prior to kickoff through halftime. Identification is required to pick up will call tickets.
Ticket sales, based on availability, will occur at the East and West ticket booths three hours prior to kickoff. Student guest ticket sales occur at the East ticket booth only.
Future game tickets, if available, are sold at the Bryant Hall ticket office Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and online at www.VirginiaSports.com.
- Time and dates of games are subject to change.
- The Virginia athletics ticket office is not responsible for tickets that are lost, stolen or mailed to a second party.
- No refunds or exchanges are permitted if the game is played.
- If you are a person with a disability and desire any special accommodations (to participate in this activity), you must notify the athletics ticket office when you place your order.
- Once you leave the stadium there is no re-entry.
Ticket Scanning
All ticket holders will enter Scott Stadium via a scanned entry acquired from the bar code located at the bottom of each game ticket. A hand-held ticket scanner at each entrance will read the bar code on your ticket.
Please allow a few additional minutes of time for entry into games. Please make sure that each person in your party presents their tickets individually. Please do not present a group of tickets to the attendant.
Virginia Athletics Foundation Parking
The parking lots surrounding the stadium are reserved for Virginia Athletics Foundation (VAF) members (see map). A parking permit is required for entrance into these lots. All passes must be displayed on rearview mirror or dashboard at all times. Cars without passes are subject to towing at the owners' expense or to being ticketed.
It is the responsibility/decision of the University of Virginia to tow or ticket cars on game day. Lost, misplaced, or stolen VAF permits will not be replaced. VAF permits will not be available on game day. All permits are limited to one pass for one space. Tailgating will need to be confined to the area immediately behind your vehicle.
