PREP • Three-year letterwinner in baseball as pitcher, first baseman and outfielder at Christian Brothers under Buster Kelso • Hit school-record .496, producing 64 hits and school records of 27 doubles, 10 home runs and 71 RBI as senior • Posted school-record 14-0 mark with record 180 strikeouts and 0.48 ERA in 87 innings as senior • Named to the Louisville Slugger National High School All-American team • Also named Western Tennessee All-Conference Division II, All-Metro, Best of Preps - Baseball Athlete of the Year, Tenn.
