• Named Freshman All-American by Louisville Slugger/Collegiate Baseball
• Led ACC freshmen with .333 batting average
• First on team with 22 doubles (tied for second in UVa single-season history)

• His 10 homers are the most by a UVa freshman since Sean Doolittle hit 11 in 2006

• Starred in baseball and football at Don Bosco Prep and won three letters in both
• Holds the Bergen County home run record (eight)

• In football, played both ways for nationally-ranked team that won state championships in 2006 and 2007
