Located on the first floor of the McCue Center, the Athletic Training Clinic is 7,000 square feet divided into different areas for rehabilitation, evaluation, taping, hydrotherapy, and a separate room designated for physicians' exams where minor medical procedures can be performed. Among the state of the art modalities are protective and rehabilitative equipment, and the hydrotherapy area offering an 8' x 8' pool with underwater treadmill, a 10' x 40' recovery cold pool and an octagonal whirlpool with an adjacent cold tank. The rehabilitation area offers modern equipment designed to assess and rehabilitate sports related injuries with multiple pieces of strengthening and cardiovascular equipment. Along the periphery of the Athletic Training Clinic are a conference room, and multiple offices for staff athletic trainers, graduate assistants, and student athletic trainers.
