Administrative Assistant

Ashley Bolton joined the Virginia athletics department as an administrative assistant in 2011. She spent the previous two years as a support services coordinator for the Colonial Athletic Association.

At UVa, Bolton servers as the game manager for women's soccer, field hockey and women's lacrosse and handles daily administrative needs for the department.

Bolton graduated from William & Mary with a degree in kinesiology in 2008. She was a member of the College's women's lacrosse team, serving as co-captain as a senior. Bolton earned her master's degree in sports leadership from VCU in 2009.

While attending VCU she worked as a marketing graduate assistant for the Rams' women's basketball program. That season she helped coordinate the "Pack the House" promotion that helped VCU set its single-game attendance record and win the NCAA attendance challenge. At the same time she also worked as a sales intern for the CAA men's basketball championship.
