Position:
Basketball Equipment Manager

Brad Gaskill oversees the equipment needs for the Virginia basketball programs. He assumed that position in 2011. He joined the UVa staff in 2008 as a member of the football equipment staff.

Gaskill is responsible for coordinating the distribution, collection and maintenance of basketball equipment. He also assists in the daily operations and the supervision of the team's student managers.

Prior to joining the Cavalier staff, Gaskill was an intern with the NFL's Indianapolis Colts, assisting with equipment, inventory, laundry and field set up and take down.

A native of Columbus, Ohio, Gaskill earned his bachelor's degree in sport management with a business minor from Xavier University. He was a student manager with the Xavier men's basketball team and served as the head manager during his senior year. During his time with the Musketeers, Gaskill worked closely with the coaching staff, training staff and student-athletes in addition to working Xavier's summer basketball camps. As the head manager he also assisted with administrative work as well as practice and game management.

Gaskill resides in Charlottesville.
