Assistant Ticket Manager

Richard Spain joined the Virginia athletics department in 2010 as an ticket service associate in the Cavalier Ticket Office. In 2011 he accepted a position as an assistant ticket manager in the department working directly with men's and women's lacrosse, men's and women's soccer and acting as a financial assistant.

He graduated from East Carolina in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in sports management with a business administration minor. He is currently pursuing a master's of education in sports leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University

While at East Carolina he ran cross country and track for the Pirates. He is a native of Midlothian, Va.
