University of Virginia Students - All Rounds of Men's Basketball NCAA Tournament Play

The NCAA provides a limited number of tickets to schools participating in the NCAA Tournament.  Virginia's tournament block will include tickets for UVa students for each game in which UVa plays.

2014-ncaa-students 2014-ncaa-students-2

Ticket requests were extremely high for the games in Raleigh.  UVa students have been notified by email if they received tickets.

The claim for students that received tickets will continue until 5 p.m. on Tuesday, March 18.  Students must log-on to their account and pay for their ticket for the Virginia-Coastal Carolina game. A ticket for Virginia's third round game will be added and charged if UVa advances. Student orders are limited to one ticket per student. This same process will be used on beginning in the evening of Sunday, March 23 if Virginia advances to regional play and in the evening of Sunday, March 30 if Virginia advances to the Final Four.

Please note NCAA ticket orders are good for second and third rounds assuming Virginia wins its first game. If Virginia plays in the second round but does not proceed to the third round, those orders will not be charged or filled. Students will not be allowed to order second round tickets without ordering third round tickets and vice versa. Virginia only receives second round tickets for the two games in its session and not the other second round session held at the same site. Ticket orders for regioinal play will be a book of tickets and will include the regional semi-final and final games regardless of the outcome of the semi-final game.

Tickets must be picked up at will call at the event site approximately 1 hour prior to the beginning of the session in which Virginia will play. A valid UVa student ID is required for ticket pick up and only the student may pick up the ticket. Students may not transfer these tickets to someone else.
