SIGN UP TO COMPETE IN THE SECOND EVER INNER TUBE CHALLENGE!

The sports promotions department invites you and three of your Jefferson Swim League friends to sign up for the second annual 200 meter Inner Tube Relay! There will be eight teams consisting of four members each. All four members are competing against the clock and each other. The team to complete the 200 meter relay first, wins! PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION IS ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS! The first eight teams to register will receive priority as we have a limited amount of time and space in the Aquatic and Fitness Center.

Interested youth should submit their information below to the Virginia Sports Promotions Office. A representative from the Athletics Department will contact you should your team be chosen to compete. The date of the event is Sunday, January 29, 2006 at the Aquatic and Fitness Center. All participants are required to bring a towel, bathing suit, change of clothes, identification and a winning attitude. Parents must sign a waiver upon arrival to the Aquatic and Fitness Center.

High school students may not participate in this program due to NCAA regulations. Fifth through Eighth graders are eligible for the program. Contest will be held after the diving competition.
