Virginia Men Finish Action at VT Invitational

BLACKSBURG, Va.—The Virginia men’s track and field team concluded action at the Virginia Tech Invitational Saturday (Jan. 16) at Rector Field House in Blacksburg, Va.

Junior Anthony Dunavant (Franklin, Tenn.) finished 13th in the shot put with a throw of 13.19m (43’ 3.25”).

In the high jump, redshirt sophomore Cam Collins (Calhoun, Ga.) placed 12th with a height of 1.90m (6’ 2.75”), while sophomore Jack Lint (Westerville, Ohio) finished 17th with a mark of 1.85m (6’ 0.75”).

The Cavaliers return to action next weekend Jan. 22-23 for the Rod McCravy Memorial Meet in Lexington, Ky.
