Four Track & Field Student-Athletes Suspended for Upcoming Meets

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va.–Four University of Virginia student-athletes have been suspended for a violation of team rules, director of track and field/cross country Bryan Fetzer announced today.  

Graduate student Sarah Astin and freshman Nadia Power will not participate in the Virginia Tech Invitational (Jan. 13-14) and the Notre Dame Invitational (Jan. 21).

Senior Zach Herriott and junior Chase Weaverling will not participate in the Notre Dame Invitational.
