GREENSBORO, N.C.—Virginia junior Henry Wynne has been named the ACC Men’s Track Performer of the Week, the conference announced Tuesday (April 5).

A junior from Westport, Conn., Wynne broke the Virginia school, Pressly Stadium and Florida Relays meet records in the 1,500 meters in last Friday night’s competition at Gainesville, Fla. Wynne recorded the top NCAA time this season in the 1,500 meters with a time of 3:38.35. He was also part of the Cavaliers’ 4x800 relay that finished third with a time of 7:25.92.
