Virginia ACC Tournament Notes
• Virginia advanced to its first ACC Tournament final since 1994, when it lost to North Carolina
• Pitt's 48 points were the fewest by a Virginia opponent in the ACC Tournament since the Cavaliers' 47-45 loss to North Carolina in the 1982 final

Team Notes
• Virginia posted its 27th win of the season, its most since 29 wins in 1982-83
• The Cavaliers won their 12th road/neutral game of the season, most since 18 in 1982-83
• Virginia improved to 11-1 this season and 36-2 in the Tony Bennett era when holding an opponent under 50 points
• The Cavaliers held their 20th straight opponent under 50% shooting

Player Notes
• Joe Harris (12 pts) scored in double figures for the 21st time this season (90th time in his career)
• Malcolm Brogdon (10 pts) scored in double figures for the 25th time this season (30th time in his career)
• Anthony Gill (10 pts) scored in double figures for the 13th time this season
• Gill scored in double figures for the third consecutive game (longest streak of his Virginia career)
• London Perrantes (5 assists) had his 11th game with at least five assists this season

Virginia Career Record Book Update
• Akil Mitchell (766 rebs) moved into ninth place on Virginia's career rebounding list, passing Scott McCandlish (761 rebs, 1970-72) and Norman Nolan (765 rebs, 1995-98)
