- Appeared in all 12 games ... made first collegiate start against BYU ... also started at Miami ... had two tackles against Oregon ... had his first career fumble recovery against VMI ... recorded eight tackles against Pitt ... made two solo tackles against Ball State ... recorded three tackles against Maryland ... recorded two tackles against Duke ... recorded three tackles against Clemson ... had two solo tackles against North Carolina. 2012 - One of nine true UVa freshmen to make at least one apperance ... saw time in all 12 games, mostly on special teams ... saw a season-best 10 defensive snaps at linebacker against Louisiana Tech ... also saw defensive reps against TCU, NC State and North Carolina ... made eigh tackles on the season ... teammed with Ausar Walcott for first career sack against Louisiana Tech ... led UVa with two forced fumbles ... forced one fumble against Louisiana Tech ... second forced fumble came at NC State after the Wolfpack's Rashard Smith returned a punt 48 yards ... the forced fumble saved a TD return and gave the ball back to UVa.
