Virginia Concludes 2012 Season on Saturday at Virginia Tech

Cavaliers try to win the Commonwealth Cup for the first time since 2003

Jonathan Lewis is in his second season with the UVa football program after a five-year career in the NFL. He assists with the defensive line and helps prepare scouting reports for the coaches.

Lewis was a four-year letterwinner at Virginia Tech as a defensive tackle before being selected in the sixth round of the 2006 NFL Draft by the Arizona Cardinals. He also spent time with the Raiders, Jaguars and Seahawks.

The All-ACC performer appeared in 53 career games for the Hokies, starting 42, and amassing 203 career tackles. A native of Richmond, Va., Lewis was a US Army All-American while at Varina High School.

Lewis graduated from Virginia Tech in 2005 with a degree in residential property management. He and his wife, Tiffany Lewis, were married in 2010.
