Houston Texans (12-4) QB Matt Schaub passed for 343 yards and two touchdowns in the Texans’ 41-28 loss to the New England Patriots.

New England Patriots (12-4) LS Danny Aiken played and snapped on New England’s 5-of-5 PATs in the Patriots’ Divisional win over the Houston Texans. CB Ras-I Dowling did not play. New England hosts the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday, Jan. 20 in the AFC Conference Championship game.


Atlanta Falcons (13-3)
 FB Jason Snelling had one reception for five yards and a TD in Atlanta’s 30-28 victory over the Seattle Seahawks. Atlanta hosts the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday, Jan. 20 in the NFC Conference Championship game.

San Francisco 49ers (11-4-1)
 LB Ahmad Brooks had two tackles in San Francisco’s 45-31 win against the Green Bay Packers. San Francisco will face the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday, Jan. 20 in the NFC Conference Championship game.
