New England Patriots (12-4) LS Danny Aiken played and snapped on New England's 1-of-1 PATs and 2-of-2 field goals in the Patriots' AFC Championship game loss to the Baltimore Ravens, 28-13. CB Ras-I Dowling did not play.

NFC

Atlanta Falcons (13-3)
 FB Jason Snelling rushed the ball twice for 12 yards and caught one pass for five yards in the Falcons' 28-24 loss in the NFC Championship game to the San Francisco 49ers.

San Francisco 49ers (11-4-1)
 LB Ahmad Brooks knocked down two passes in San Francisco's 28-24 win over Atlanta in the NFC Championship game. LB Cam Johnson did not play. The 49ers advance to Super Bowl XLVII and will play the Baltimore Ravens on Feb. 3.
