Oct. 3, 2016

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – Sophomore cornerback Juan Thornhill has been named ACC Defensive Back of the Week for games played through Oct. 1. It is the first career weekly accolade for Thornhill.

Thornhill (So., Altavista, Va.) had two interceptions to help UVA to a 34-20 win at Duke.
