SAN MARTIN, Calif. - The Virginia men's golf team stands ninth of 16 teams after the first two rounds of the CordeValle Collegiate on late Monday.

Host UCLA fired an 11-under 565 to lead all team. Northwestern follows with an 8-under 568, while Arkansas is third with a one-under 575. The Cavaliers shot an even 288 in the second round for a 585 (+9) total after 36 holes. Notre Dame did not finish as two players were disqualified.

UCLA's Daniel Im leads all players with a six-under 138. Cal's Michael Wilson follows by one stroke with a five-under 1339, while Augusta State's Major Manning and Northwestern's Kyle Moore are tied for third with a four-under 140 each.

Junior Andrea Signor (Vittorio Veneto, Italy) paces the Cavaliers with a three-under 141 to tie for fifth. He fired a one-under 71 in the first round and a two-under 70 in the second round. Senior Carter Henderson (Nashville, Tenn.) and junior Eamonn McLoughlin (Amityville, N.Y.) are tied for 40th with 149 (+5) apiece. McLoughlin fired a two-under 70 in the second round. Senior Brad Tilley (Chappaqua, N.Y.) follows by one stroke with a 150 (+6), while sophomore Greg Carlin (Kensington, Md.) rounds out the UVa scoring with a 151 (+7).

The final round of the CordeValle Collegiate tees off on Nov. 1 at 7 a.m. PST.
