Charlottesville, Va. - The Virginia men's golf team returns to action this weekend at the Mason Rudolph Championship in Franklin, Tenn. at the par-71, 7,100-yard Vanderbilt Legends Club South Course. The 54-hole event runs Friday through Sunday.

The field for this year's tournament includes the host Commodores, Arkansas State, Charleston, Davidson, Georgia Southern, Georgia State, Mississippi State, Middle Tennessee State, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Rice, South Alabama, East Tennessee State and Tennessee Tech. The teams will use fixed tee times starting at 8 a.m. CT on Friday and Saturday and at 7:30 a.m. Sunday.

The Cavalier lineup features Denny McCarthy, Ji Soo Park, Gregor Orlando, Kyle Kochevar and David Pastore. Pastore returns to the Cavalier varsity roster after making the team through a try-out process. McCarthy is looking to continue his hot start after opening the season with his first career victory at the Northern Open.

The Cavaliers will be paired with Vanderbilt and Oklahoma for Friday's first round. They will start play from the No. 1 tee starting at 8:45 a.m. CT.
