Virginia Squeak By Georgetown 1-0

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Junior midfielder Ben Olsen scored on an 18-yard shot off a feed from senior midfielder Sam Franklin to lift 11th-ranked Virginia to a 1-0 win over Georgetown. The Cavaliers improve to 8-2-2 on the season.

Virginia junior defender Matt Chulis cleared a shot off the goal line with 15:20 to play, the second of his two defensive saves in the game.

Virginia won despite the Hoyas holding a 13-5 edge in shots on goal. Cavalier junior goalkeeper Brock Yetso made three saves.
