INDIAN HARBOUR BEACH, Fla. - Virginia rising junior Mitchell Frank (Annandale, Va.) has reached the singles final of the Revolution Technologies Pro Tennis Classic, a $10,000 event on the USTA Futures Tour. He will look to win his first Pro Circuit event on Saturday as he plays former Kentucky All-American Jesse Witten in the final.

Frank, who is currently ranked No. 785 in the world, has won four matches to reach the final. He topped Andrew Carter 4-6, 6-2, 6-3 in the first round before knocking out the No. 5 seed, Roman Borvanov, in the second round, 6-2, 7-5. He rallied for a 1-6, 6-3, 7-5 victory over Gianni Mina in the quarterfinals and topped former Tulsa standout Marcelo Arevalo, the No. 2 seed, in Saturday's semifinal, 6-4, 7-6(5).

On Sunday, Frank will look to become the first active Cavalier to win a USTA Pro Circuit singles title since Somdev Devvarman in 2008.
