Angelinos Wins Futures Title in Greece

THESSALONIKI, Greece - Former Virginia men's tennis player Ted Angelinos (Class of 2008) won his sixth career singles title on the ITF Futures Tour. Angelinos won the championship at this week's event at the Thessaloniki Tennis Club.

Angelinos, who was the tournament's No. 1 seed, won four of his five matches in straight sets, including a 6-4, 6-4 victory over Francois-Arthur Vibert of France in the final.

Angelinos is currently ranked No. 319 in the world after reaching a career-high No. 310 last month.
