Harshaw Wins ACC Performer of the Week Award

GREENSBORO, N.C. - Virginia junior Jim Harshaw has been named ACC Performer of the Week for the second time this season.

Harshaw, competing in the 150-pound weight class, pinned Ryan Stephenson of Bucknell at the 1:30 mark as the Cavaliers defeated the Bison by a score of 29-9.

The win was Harshaw's fifth in a row. He finished the 1997 regular season with a 19-5 overall record, 8-3 in dual meets and 2-0 in ACC matches.
