Nate Carr Jr

Nate Carr Jr. is in his first year as a volunteer assistant coach with the Virginia wrestling program.

Carr wrestled for two years at Iowa Central and was the 2007 junior college national champion at 157 pounds. He then transferred to Iowa State, where he was a two-year starter at 149 and 157 pounds. He earned a bachelor's degree in liberal arts and studies from Iowa State.

Carr was a three-time Georgia state champion and a high school All-American.
