2001-2002: Posted a record of 8-3 overall, 6-2 in dual match action with one fall after missing most of the season with an injury ... despite missing most of the season, he competed and won the 133 ACC Championship after defeating Maryland's J. Guzzio (4-2) and North Carolina's E. Sola (5-4) on March 9th ... pinned American's Matthew Pelligrino @ 2:17 to record his only fall of the season (2/24) ... would have competed in the NCAA Championships for the second consecutive season but had to withdraw from the event due to his injury ... also finished runner-up at the VISWC (1/19) before having to exit the event due to his injury.

2000-2001: Finished 15-13 overall, 3-4 in dual matches ... won three matches by fall and two by major decision ... competed in the NCAA Championships in Iowa City, Iowa and posted two victories by defeating Princeton's Juan Venturi (MD, 20-12) and Oregon State's Ben Richards (12-7) ... one of three Cavaliers to advance to the NCAA Championships ... placed second (runner-up) in the ACC Championships and won his first two matches over N.C.
