• Placed third at ACC Championships to earn automatic bid to NCAAs
• Went 2-2 at NCAA Championships
• Rebounded from loss to No. 7 seed AJ Schopp of Edinboro to win matches against Hofstra's Jamie Franco (6-2) Wyoming's Zach Zehner (10-9) before falling 5-3 to Central Michigan's Zach Horan (5-3) in wrestlebacks
• Ranked No. 22 in final NCAA Coaches Rankings and No. 19 in RPI
• Posted a 4-1 record in ACC duals, with lone loss coming to Devin Carter of Virginia Tech (Dec., 11-5)
• Three of four season losses came to ranked wrestlers (two to Carter, one to then-No. 18 Jordan Thome of Army)
• Placed third at Body Bar Invitational (11/19), with lone loss coming by one point to Thome
• Took third at Hokie Open (11/6), with only loss coming to Carter
• Made a remarkable comeback this season after sitting out nearly five years because of brain injury/concussion symptoms; suffered concussion his senior year of high school (2007) and was cleared to resume training in January 2011
