CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. - The No. 24 Virginia wrestling team opens the new year in competition on Sunday, taking the mat at the Southern Scuffle hosted by Chattanooga. Competition at the two-day event begins at 10 a.m.

Cavaliers in the Rankings:
The Cavaliers enter the Southern Scuffle ranked No. 24 as a team, but with three wrestlers in the national rankings in their individual weight classes. Freshman Jack Mueller (Dallas, Texas), redshirt senior George DiCamillo (Highland Heights, Ohio) and redshirt junior Andrew Atkinson (Lynchburg, Va.) all represent the Cavaliers nationally.
