Carissa Vittese is vying for a spot on the US U21 team

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. -

Weeks after being part of the championship team at the Women's National Championship, Carissa Vittese is vying for a spot on the U21 roster. Vittese will participate in the USA Field Hockey U21 Women's National Championship from June 21-25 at the Powhatan Sports Complex at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Va.

Vittese was invited to participate in the tournament. The roster for the U21 squad that will be competing in the upcoming World Cup will be selected from players competing in this tournament.
