• Was a coxswain for Northeastern for two years
• Coxed the Episcopal Academy men's varsity four to the Scholastic National Championship in 2008
• Also coxed Episcopal to fourth-place finish at 2008 USRowing Youth National Championships
• In addition to rowing, competed in track and soccer at Episcopal
• Coxed club team to 2011 Canadian Henley men's eight and USRowing Club Nationals intermediate men's eight championships
