Chantel Jones (Class of 2011), Julia Roberts (Class of 2012) and Kika Toulouse (Class of 2011) were all signed by the club.

FC Kansas City has two Cavalier alumni on the roster. Becky Sauerbrunn (Class of 2007) was an allocated player from the US National Team and the club signed Sinead Farrelly (Class of 2011).

Sarah Huffman (Class of 2006) signed with the Western New York Flash.
