CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. - The University of Virginia softball team's Southern Atlantic Softball Alliance (SASA) doubleheader at East Carolina University scheduled for Friday afternoon (March 30) has been postponed due to inclement weather. A make-up date for the doubleheader has not been determined.
The Cavaliers, who have won 13-consecutive games and stand at 30-8 on the season, return to action on Saturday, March 31 when they open Atlantic Coast Conference play with a doubleheader at North Carolina. The first game of the doubleheader is scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m.
