The word that best describes myself is...
Dedicated

The thing in life I am most thankful for is...
My family. Without them I definitely would not be where I am today...as cliché as it may sound.

What is your favorite hobby?
Dancing!

Best non-athletic talent...
Dancing again!

What was on your lunchbox when you were a child?
I was a very girly child...I don't remember but probably something that was pink, purple, and sparkly. I used a lot of brown bags for my lunches though! And on a side note - I have been making my own lunches since first grade! My mama taught me well!

Which actress would you pick to play you in a movie?
Jessica Biel or Jennifer Garner...I still like Mary from Seventh Heaven because she was the sporty one. Jennifer Garner is just awesomely athletic and good at acting!

What is your favorite movie line?
Whew that is a TOUGH question! Probably from Monsters Inc. Sully (the big blue monster) is trying to convince Bo (the little girl) that there are no monsters in her closet...he walks into the closet and says "See no monsters in here...Well NOW there is!"
Goonies→ "Hey youuuuuuuuuu guuuuuuuuuys!"
Billy Madison→ "It's the coolest!"
I could go on, but I won't.

What is your favorite food that you rarely eat?
Breakfast Burritos from the Alberto's on Escondido Boulevard at home. I don't eat enough of them because I live in Virginia nine months out of the year...but when I'm home I definitely get my fill!

When I was younger, the player I pretended to be was...
Well I know my older sister liked Fred McGriff because of his flip sunglasses, but I'm not sure I imitated anyone. Maybe Babe Ruth....I hit a home run in every at-bat my first season (when I was five) except for the ONE time I got out. I like pointing to the fence before I hit like he did.

If you were to be stranded on an island and you could only bring one thing, what would it be and why?
A superpowered ipod that would never die, and that could play music very loudly, and had all of my songs on it!

Ten years from now I hope to be...
A PE and (maybe) Health teacher at Escondido High School. Go Cougars! Loyal, Strong, and True! The head coach of my already championship winning softball program at EHS, with a few championship titles of my own. I will be, obviously, in sunny San Diego, California, loving the sun and year round warm weather and never even thinking about the snow. I want to be married and be starting my family with my little daughter who will be best friends with Karla's daughter because we're gonna live next door to each other! Haha! Also, I'm currently in the process of figuring out how to get involved with curing the obesity epidemic in America, so hopefully, I'll be in the middle of that as well.

Before every game I always...
Again, dance...if there's music on and it has a good beat...I will be dancing guaranteed!

My favorite thing I always pack for a roadtrip is...
My little Virginia ribbon! Coach says it cracks her up, but its white ribbon with a picture of Cavman and it says "Hoo's"....its corny, but I like it!

The best thing about playing college softball is?
Knowing that I have achieved my goal. I started thinking about college softball in about 7th grade, and it was around that time that I made my goal: I wanted to play Division 1 college softball. Now that I'm here, I'd have to say the best things are the memories, along with the feelings softball can still evoke. I have made the best friends I've ever had here, and have irreplaceable memories with them. I'm amazed that softball can still give me such emotional highs. I still love the feeling when a batter swings over my drop ball for strike three; the feeling of the ball coming off the bat when you KNOW it's a home run; and finally executing something that I have worked SO hard to achieve and having it work perfectly. There has been nothing in any aspect of my life that brings me the thrills I get with softball.

What is your favorite UVa memory outside of softball?
Sorry, can't pick one...Living and making and uncountable number of memories with my best friends. Standing in the bullpen in Hawaii with Meghan and deciding that we were sisters, or as she said "you my sista from anotha motha!" The prank war Brooke and Lindsey started with me and Meg this year; And Family (Family = Cam, Karla, Tacke, me and some non-softball friends) dinners are all at the top of the list.
