Fall Ball games begin on Sept. 22
As part of the preparation for the 2013 season, the team will play seven exhibition games on three dates during its fall training schedule, including two contests to be played at The Park in Charlottesville.
On Saturday, Sept. 22, Virginia will host George Mason in a doubleheader. The first game begins at 12 pm.
On Sept. 30, the team will play three games in a tournament at Bridgewater College in Bridgewater, Va. The first game begins at 12 p.m.
The Cavaliers wrap up their exhibition schedule with a doubleheader at home against Delaware on Oct. 14. First pitch of the first game is at 2 pm.
The exhibition games will be open to the public and fans are invited to get a sneak peak at the 2013 team.
