CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. - Virginia volleyball senior Jasmine Burton (West Hills, Calif.) earned American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) All-East Coast Regional Honorable Mention honors the AVCA announced on Tuesday (Dec. 6).
“I am very excited for Jasmine,” head coach Dennis Hohenshelt said. “When you get into this level of awards there are a large number of great players to compare and contrast. Over the year she put up very good numbers against some of the nation’s best teams. I am pleased that the committee was able to recognize what Jasmine accomplished and reward her for all of her efforts during the season.”
