Season Ticket Renewal Information

Priority Ordering Deadline - December 7
To ensure that you receive priority in your season ticket order, please be sure to place your order by Monday, December 10. Orders not received by this date will be considered late and subject to possible seat relocation or the order not being accepted depending on demand.

Payment
To ensure that your order is processed correctly, you may renew online at VirginiaSports.com or by mailing in a copy of the renewal form with the correct payment.

Seat Changes
The Virginia Athletics Ticket Office reserves the right to change any seat assignment without prior notice. Conditions which cause changes are late orders or a drop in Virginia Athletics Foundation annual giving.

Seating Improvement Requests
Improvements are based on attrition and priority. The number of years requesting improvement has no bearing on seating improvement offer, as requests are not carried over from the previous year. Seating improvement requests will be considered in VAF priority point order, then in the order of the date requests were received, based on the number of seats made available by season ticket holders not renewing each year.

Requests for seating changes, if renewing online, should be entered in the "Comments" section under "Special Requests" to the right of your current seatblock. If renewing by mail, please put your seating request in writing and attach it to your order form. Please be aware that due to limited attrition each year, many seat change requests may not be possible.

If you are part of a group, please state whether you are willing to split from the group in order to improve your seating. The more seats involved, the harder it becomes to receive improvement.

Each request is reviewed, but the volume of requests does not make personal consultation feasible. Decisions are based on the best judgment of the Athletics Ticket Office and/or Virginia Athletics Foundation staff.

Faculty/Staff Tickets
You must be a full-time UVa employee for the current academic year to renew Faculty/Staff season tickets. Faculty/Staff season ticket orders are limited to 4 reduced price season tickets per faculty/staff member.
