Priority Deadline - April 30

For priority, please place your season ticket order by April 30. Orders not received by this date will be considered late and subject to possible seat relocation or cancellation.

Customers will be renewed into the same seats held last year as long as the ticket application is received by the priority deadline. For those seats in Priority Sideline areas, the VAF Annual Level from the previous year must also be maintained and all Virginia Athletics Foundation gifts must be current.

Seat Improvements and Additional Seating for the Priority Sideline area

For those asking for seating improvements or adding seats within the Priority Sideline area, VAF donors will again have the opportunity to view availability through an online improvement and selection tool. Individual time slots beginning May 26 will be assigned based on total VAF priority points.

Seat Improvements and Additional Seating for those outside the Priority Sideline area

Season ticket holders located outside the Priority Sideline area who would like to improve their location or request additional season tickets may place their request by using their season ticket renewal application or by calling the Athletics Ticket Office. Those requests will be reviewed at the time the request is received. Additionally, donors with season tickets in Priority Per Seat areas will have the ability to view further improvements through an online improvement and selection tool.

Season Payment Plan Options

A variety of flexible payment plan options are available to season ticket holders. Please note that a payment plan only applies to season tickets, parking, and chairbacks. Returning customers may choose a payment plan option on their renewal application. New buyers should call the Athletics Ticket Office at 800-542-8821 to place an order using a payment plan.

Monthly Payment Plan

Season ticket holders have the option to spread their payment over three installments. Season ticket orders must be placed by the April 30 priority deadline to take advantage of this payment plan offer. A payment card must be given at the time of order; this card will be charged on approximately the 15th day of May, June, and July. Returning customers may choose this option on their renewal application. New buyers must call the Athletics Ticket Office to order season tickets on a payment plan.

Auto Renewal Program

Season ticket holders may sign up for an auto renewal program. Enrollment is open through March 27.

Auto Renewal Program Benefits

  • Payment automatically made. Choose from one or five installment options.
  • No application processing fees.
  • Ensures that you'll order your tickets on time and miss no priority deadlines.
  • Avoid getting multiple reminder emails, phone calls, and mailings.
  • At the start of next season your order will automatically be in, unless you choose to opt-out of the program. No need to place renewal order online or by phone or email.
  • New in 2015: One time auto renewal payment option. Your total order amount will be processed in late March.
  • Five installment option: Five payments will be processed on approximately the 30th day of March, April, May, June, and July.

Current members of the auto renewal program needing to make updates to their account should call the Athletics Ticket Office by March 27. Please note that auto renewal programs for football and men's basketball are separate. Updating your information for one auto renewal program does not automatically update your information for other sports. Also note that updating the payment card information stored in one's online account profile does not automatically update the payment card information for any auto renewal accounts.

Order Confirmation and Processing of Payment/Refunds

Orders placed via VirginiaSports.com will receive immediate confirmation. For mail or phone orders, your credit card statement or cancelled check will serve as your confirmation. The processing of your payment, however, does not constitute final acceptance of your order. Should demand exceed supply for any tickets ordered, you will receive timely notification and a refund will be processed for the price of the tickets ordered. Refunds of unfilled orders will be made by a Commonwealth of Virginia check if purchased by check; otherwise, for credit card orders, a credit will be issued to your credit card account.

Any season ticket holder may purchase a cushioned chairback for any seats they hold as season tickets. Chairbacks will be installed at your designated seat locations prior to the home opener and remain there all season long.
