Pricing
Season ticket prices start at $165. UVa faculty and staff members may purchase season tickets at a 20% discount. 100 level seating locations require an annual gift and capital contribution to the Virginia Athletics Foundation (VAF). Some 300 level seating locations require an annual gift to VAF. A variety of season ticket prices and locations are again available throughout John Paul Jones Arena.

Priority Deadline-September 17
For priority, please place your season ticket order by September 17. Orders not received by this date will be considered late and subject to possible seat relocation or cancellation.
Seat Locations
Customers who have made capital contributions to the John Paul Jones Arena have long term rights to purchase their same seats annually. Other seat locations in Upper Orange locations are determined based on Virginia Athletics Foundation annual giving and priority points. Orders placed in Upper Red, Upper Blue, and Upper Pink locations will be assigned seats on a first-come basis.
Faculty/Staff Seating
Full-time University of Virginia faculty and staff members are eligible to purchase up to four discounted (20% discount) season tickets.
Seating Requests
Seating requests may be made in the online comments box or attached to your order form. The ability to handle your request is dependent on attrition and your priority point standing. All seating requests are individually reviewed in priority point order. Athletics Ticket Office and/or Virginia Athletics Foundation staff will select the best possible seats for you based on your specific request and will contact you if necessary.
Auto Renewal Program
New this year, returning season ticket holders may sign up for an auto renewal program. Enrollment is open through August 13.

Season ticket orders must be in by the September 17 priority deadline to take advantage of this payment plan offer. A credit card must be given at the time of order; this card will be charged on approximately the 15th day of September, October, and November.

Priority Deadline-September 17
New orders should be placed by September 17 to be included in the priority seating process. After September 17, season tickets will continue to be sold until the supply is exhausted, or the season begins, whichever comes first.

Single Game Tickets

Home Games
Single game tickets for most Virginia home games go on sale at VirginiaSports.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, October 26. Phone and Bryant Hall sales begin at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, October 29. Single game tickets for games against Duke and North Carolina will not be available in late October. Tickets for those two games will continue to be available in full season tickets and mini-packages.
Single game tickets for the game against North Carolina go on sale at VirginiaSports.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, December 7. Phone and Bryant Hall sales begin at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, December 10.
Single game tickets for the game against Duke go on sale to the public beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, January 11.
Family Packages
Available for these games: Seattle, Green Bay, Mississippi Valley State, Wofford, and Boston College. Each family package ticket comes with a voucher redeemable for a 22-ounce soda and a hot dog. Must purchase minimum of 4 tickets per game.
Away Games
Virginia Athletics does not sell tickets for away basketball games. Please check with the host institution for availability.
Governor's Holiday Hoops Classic 2012
Virginia Athletics no longer has tickets for sale. Beginning in late November: Click here to order tickets directly from Richmond Coliseum.
Virginia will play Old Dominion at the Richmond Coliseum on Saturday, December 22 as part of the Governor's Holiday Hoops Classic. This event is a college basketball doubleheader that also includes a game between George Mason and Richmond. A ticket includes admission to both games of the doubleheader.
Virginia Athletics has approximately 2,000 tickets available for sale. Men's basketball season ticket holders and VAF donors will have the first opportunity to request tickets through September 17. Tickets and seat locations will be allocated according to VAF priority points. Filled orders are eligible for tickets in any of four price levels: 1) Club Seats ($70), 2) Lower Bowl ($50), 3) Upper Bowl ($35), 4) 300 Level ($20). Virginia Athletics reserves the right to set ticket limits by total quantity or at a specific price point. Credit card must be submitted with your request and will be used to fill confirmed orders.
Should any tickets remain after the initial request period, a public sale would take place at VirginiaSports.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, October 26. Phone and Bryant Hall sales would begin at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, October 29.
Tickets allocated to Virginia are expected to be in these sections: 16A, 16L, 2A-3A, 2L-7L, 1U-8U, 309-310. Richmond Coliseum seating chart.
Postseason Tickets
Beginning in mid-December, men's basketball season ticket holders and Virginia Athletics Foundation donors may request ACC Tournament tickets online. All requests should be placed by the January 18 priority deadline.

ACC Tournament
The 2013 ACC Tournament will be held March 14-17 at the Greensboro Coliseum.

- Requests will be filled first for donors who are guaranteed tickets.
- Seat locations will be assigned in priority point order up to the maximum # of tickets (see above chart). After all priority tickets are assigned, remaining orders for additional tickets will be assigned.
Ticket Locations
Virginia's 2013 ACC Tournament allotment is scheduled to be located in sections 116-117 and 219-222. Lower level locations cost $396 per ticket book. Upper level ticket books (above upper level walkway) cost $297.
Notification of Unfilled Order
You will be contacted by email by January 31 only if your request is not filled. Your name would then be placed on a waiting list and you would be contacted if any tickets become available.
Delivery of Tickets
Tickets will be sent via UPS two-day service in mid-February. UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes, please provide a street address for delivery.
Parking
Season Parking (Parking Map)
Season ticket holders may purchase one reserved season parking pass per ticket account. Virginia Athletics Foundation donors are assigned parking based on VAF priority points. All season ticket holders who are not donors are assigned parking in the Cage Lot, located next to Onesty Hall. Should requests for parking exceed supply, timely notifications and refunds will be made.
General Information
Order Confirmation and Processing of Payment/Refunds
Orders placed via virginiasports.com will receive immediate confirmation. For mail or phone orders, your credit card statement or cancelled check will serve as your confirmation. The processing of your payment, however, does not constitute final acceptance of your order. Should demand exceed supply for any tickets ordered, you will receive timely notification and a refund will be processed for the price of the tickets ordered. Refunds of unfilled orders will be made by a Commonwealth of Virginia check if purchased by check; otherwise, for credit card orders, a credit will be issued to your credit card account.
Virginia Ticket Marketplace
This season ticket benefit allows customers, starting approximately November 1, to list for sale tickets to games they are unable to attend. Enter Virginia Ticket Marketplace.
Virginia Ticket Return
Last minute change in plans? Can't attend a game? Donate your season tickets for that particular game back to the Virginia Athletics Foundation, starting approximately November 1, so that another Cavalier fan can attend the game. Click here to return tickets to VAF.
Virginia Ticket Transfer
This season ticket benefit allows customers, starting approximately November 1, to electronically send their tickets for a particular game to another customer of their choosing. Click here to transfer tickets.
Delivery of Tickets
Season tickets will be mailed in late October. Single game tickets will be mailed no later than ten (10) days prior to the game. Orders placed within seven (7) days of the event will not have mail as a delivery option.
Address Changes
In order to ensure the proper mailing of season tickets, it is your responsibility to inform the Athletics Ticket Office of any changes in your address by the season ticket priority deadline of September 17. Manage your account information online by clicking here.
Priority
Orders from Virginia Athletics Foundation donors meeting specific deadlines are prioritized according to their priority points as established by the Virginia Athletics Foundation. General public orders are prioritized on a date-received basis.
Customer Numbers
To receive full priority, ticket orders and all correspondence with the Athletics Ticket Office should include your customer number and be made in the same name as previous orders. If you donate to the Virginia Athletics Foundation in a different name, please make note of it. Online orders should be made by signing in to your correct customer account and not by creating a new account.
Group Seating
Individuals desiring group seating should return their orders together. Each order should reference the other individuals in the group. The group will be seated according to the priority of the group member with the lowest priority.
Game Times/Dates
Game times and dates are subject to change. Refunds will not be made because of a time or date change.
Admission Policies
Any patron having reached their second birthday requires a ticket. Virginia maintains a no re-entry policy at all men's basketball games. Admission is subject to inspection and search of prohibited items. More detailed information is available at VirginiaSports.com.
UVA Student Tickets
Students utilize SHOTS (Student Hoops Online Ticketing System)to request tickets for Men's Basketball games. Students are assigned seats in sections 101-105, 116-119, 301-302. Student sections will be converted to reserved seats and sold to the general public for games when students do not utilize all of their allocated seats.
