Athletics Ticket Return

Last minute change in plans? Can't attend a game? Electronically donate your football, men's basketball, and baseball season ticket seats back to Virginia Athletics so that another Cavalier fan can enjoy the game.

How to Use It

  1. Sign In to your online ticket account.
  2. Select the Return Tickets to Virginia Athletics option.
  3. Click the Return link below the game you wish to return.
  4. Check each box for each individual seat you wish to return. You will be asked to confirm your request on the following page.
  5. You will receive an email confirmation stating that the ticket return was successful. Please destroy the original tickets as their barcode has been deactivated.

Please note: Any donation credits referred to during the actual ticket return process are not refunds to you nor credits applied to your Virginia Athletics ticket or Virginia Athletics Foundation donor accounts. It simply denotes the original cost of the ticket(s).

Ticket Return Timing

Tickets may be returned to Virginia Athletics until 3 hours before game time.
