2007 Season Ticket Renewal Information
Priority Deadline-January 5
For priority, place your season ticket order by January 5. Renewals not received by this date will be considered late and subject to possible seat relocation or the order not being accepted depending on demand.
To ensure that your order is processed correctly, you may renew online at virginiasports.com or by mailing in a copy of the renewal form with the correct payment.
The Athletics Ticket Office reserves the right to change any seat assignment without prior notice. Conditions that cause changes are late orders or a drop in Virginia Athletics Foundation annual giving.
Seating Improvement Requests:
- Improvements are based on attrition and priority. The number of years requesting improvement has no bearing, as requests are not carried over from the previous year.
- Request for seating changes, if renewing online, should be entered in the "Comments" section under "Special Requests" to the right of your current seatblock. If renewing by mail, please put your seating request in writing and attach it to your order form.
- If you are part of a group, state whether you are willing to split from the group in order to improve your seating. The more seats involved, the harder it becomes to receive improvement.
- Each request is reviewed, but the volume of requests does not make personal consultation feasible. Decisions are based on the best judgment of the Athletics Ticket Office and/or Virginia Athletics Foundation staff.
Your order form contains an area to place an additional order for season tickets. Additional season tickets are based upon availability and may be located in general admission seating. Seating for additional tickets will be first based on Virginia Athletics Foundation priority points and then on a date-received basis for season ticket holders who are not Virginia Athletics Foundation members. Rarely can additional season tickets be located adjacent to existing season tickets.
You must be a full-time UVa employee for the current academic year to renew Faculty/Staff season tickets.
2007 New Season Ticket Information
If you did not hold season tickets last year, you should submit your new season ticket order form by January 5. After that date and as long as season tickets remain, they will continued to be sold until the supply is exhausted.
Payment should accompany your order. You may order online at virginiasports.com using Visa/MasterCard/Amex/Discover. You may also return the printed application along with your payment.
Reserved seats are sold out on a season basis. New orders most likely will be assigned general admission seating. Those renewing from the previous year have first priority on their seats. New orders are then seated. For ordering and seat-assignment purposes, Virginia Athletics Foundation members will receive priority first based on the VAF priority point system and then the general public on a date-received basis.
Requests for seating changes, if ordering online, should be entered in the "Comments" section. If ordering by mail, please put your seating request in writing and attach it to your order form. The ability to handle your request is dependent on attrition and your priority. Each request is reviewed, but the volume of requests does not make personal consultation feasible, so the best judgment of the Athletics Ticket Office and/or Virginia Athletics Foundation staff is utilized.
You must be a full-time UVa employee for the current academic year to order Faculty/Staff season tickets. There is a limit of two season tickets at the discounted Faculty/Staff rate.
