2016 Volleyball Ticket Information

Season Tickets

Season tickets for the Virginia women's volleyball matches during the 2016 season are on sale beginning July 11, 2016.


All tickets for the 2016 season are general admission within the bleachers and standing room areas of Memorial Gymnasium. Please note that while entry is guaranteed for all ticketed patrons, the purchase of a season ticket also guarantees a seat in a reserved general admission seating area. For a single match, general admission tickets are valid for admission to bleacher seating and standing areas.

Faculty/Staff Discount

Full-time University of Virginia faculty and staff members are eligible to purchase up to four
discounted season tickets for $20 each, and limit of four per single game for $4.

Season and single games tickets go on sale beginning at 9 am on Monday July 11 online
at, by phone call 800-542-8821, and in person at the Virginia Athletics
Ticket Office in Bryant Hall.


Located in the Culbreth Garage off University Avenue free of charge, Central Grounds Garage
adjacent to Newcomb Hall (normal parking charges will apply).

General Information

Order Confirmation and Processing of Payment/Refunds:

Orders placed via will receive immediate confirmation. For mail or phone orders, your credit card statement or cancelled check will serve as your confirmation. The processing of your payment, however, does not constitute final acceptance of your order. Should demand exceed supply for any tickets ordered, you will receive timely notification and a refund will be processed for the price of the tickets ordered. Refunds of unfilled orders will be made by a Commonwealth of Virginia check if purchased by check; otherwise, for credit card orders, a credit will be issued to your credit card account.

Delivery of Tickets:

Season tickets will be mailed in early August. Single-game tickets will be mailed no later than ten (10) days prior to the game. Orders placed within seven (7) days of the event will only have will call as a delivery option; to ensure that tickets are received, mail is not a delivery option that close to the event.

Address Changes:

In order to insure the proper mailing of season tickets, it is your responsibility to inform the Athletics Ticket Office of any changes in your address by July 10th. You may manage your account information online at by clicking here.

Customer Numbers:

Ticket orders and all correspondence with the Athletics Ticket Office should include your customer number and be made in the same name as previous orders. If you donate to the Virginia Athletics Foundation in a different name, please make note of it. Online orders should be made by signing in to your correct customer account and not by creating a new account.

Match Times/Dates:

Match times and dates are subject to change. Refunds will not be provided because a game time has changed. For the latest on game schedules, please visit Press releases announcing schedule changes and weather-related delays will be posted on the front page of the site.

Admission Policies:

Any fan having reached their second birthday requires a ticket to enter Memorial Gymnasium. Virginia maintains a no re-entry policy at all volleyball matches. Admission is subject to inspection and search of prohibited items. More detailed information on ticket and admission policies may be found here.
